These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed through anime010.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

Our postal address for returns is sent to you by email once you notify us of a return, so that every parcel is expected and tracked. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Products, availability and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can and photograph them honestly. Screens differ, though, and colours may not appear exactly as they do in daylight. Small variations in print placement between individual garments are normal for printed apparel and are not a defect.
Stock shown on the site is kept up to date, but it is possible that an item sells out between your order and our packing bench, or that a price is displayed incorrectly. In either case we will contact you by email, and you may choose a replacement or a full refund. We do not charge you the wrong price and we never ship something you did not choose.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices on the site are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and is shown in full before you pay. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete the order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, sales taxes and customs handling fees may be charged on arrival by your own authorities. These are not included in our prices and are payable by you. See Shipping & Delivery.
4. How an order is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify the delivery address, if stock has gone, or if we suspect fraud — in which case any payment is refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by Mollie B.V., a licensed Dutch payment institution. We accept:
- iDEAL / Wero
- PayPal
- Bancontact
- SEPA Direct Debit
- Bank transfer
Your payment details are entered on Mollie’s secure environment and are never stored on our servers. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the money is credited to us.
6. Delivery
We pack and ship every order ourselves from the Netherlands with PostNL. Shipping costs, delivery estimates and the countries we serve are set out on the Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of payment; carrier transit times are added on top of that and are estimates, not guarantees. The full breakdown per destination is on the Shipping & Delivery page, and by placing an order you agree to those delivery periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the longest estimate for your country, contact us and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you enter. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you; a second shipment costs the shipping fee again.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, including items bought on sale. The full procedure, the deadlines and what we refund are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Conformity and guarantees
Everything we sell must match its description and be of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you have statutory rights under Dutch and European consumer law to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Ordinary wear, shrinkage caused by washing against the care label, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our failure to perform this contract. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
The text, photography, layout and design of this website belong to Anime 010 and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission. Anime titles, character names and any trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective rights holders; we use them only to describe what our products depict.
11. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, tell us first: email info@anime010.com and we will respond within 14 days. Most things are settled quickly that way.
If we cannot resolve it together, consumers in the European Union may submit the dispute to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order, so a later change never affects a purchase you have already made.
13. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every contract made under them. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country — this clause does not take that away.
