Anime 010 is a small independent anime apparel shop, based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The 010 in our name is the city dialling code — it is where we are, and where our orders ship from.
What we sell
Printed apparel for anime fans: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and tote bags featuring designs inspired by the series people actually watch — One Piece, Naruto, Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia and more. We keep the range deliberately small. Every design in the shop is one we would wear ourselves, printed on garments in sizes S through 5XL, in unisex fits.
We are not a marketplace with an endless catalogue. What you see in the shop is everything we sell.
How ordering works
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days, and carrier transit time is added on top of that depending on where you are. Everything ships from the Netherlands with PostNL, with track & trace. The exact costs and delivery times per country are on our Shipping & Delivery page — no surprises at checkout, and no hidden fees.
You can return anything within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, sale items included. That is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page.

We answer email within 1–2 business days, in English or Dutch. If something goes wrong with your order, write to us first — we would rather fix it than have you find out from a policy page.
Payment
Payments are handled by Mollie, a licensed Dutch payment institution. We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit and bank transfer. We never see or store your payment details.
Why the shop is small
Anime 010 is not a full-time operation with a warehouse team behind it. It is a small business, and that shapes how we work: a tight range instead of an endless catalogue, dispatch times we state honestly up front rather than promises we cannot keep, and a real person answering the email. We are slower than a large retailer, and we say so on the shipping page instead of hiding it.
