Ordering clothing you cannot try on first should not be a gamble. You may return anything you buy from Anime 010 within 14 days, for any reason at all — you do not have to explain yourself, and it makes no difference whether the item was full price or on sale.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominated) physically receive your order to tell us you are withdrawing from the purchase. After you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
None of our products are excluded from this right. Everything we sell is a standard catalogue item — nothing is personalised or made to your specification, so the exceptions in the law do not apply here.
How to return something
- Email info@anime010.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and which items you are returning. A short line is enough; you can also use the model form at the bottom of this page.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for that email — parcels sent to an address you found somewhere else may not reach us.
- Send the items back within 14 days of that email, using a service with track & trace.
- We refund you once the return arrives, or sooner if you send us proof of postage.
Condition of returned items
You are welcome to try a garment on the way you would in a shop — that is the whole point. Please return items unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached, and in their original packaging where you still have it. If an item comes back showing use beyond what is needed to judge its fit and appearance, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. We will always tell you before we do that, and why.
Your refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you paid with. We may wait to pay out until your return has arrived or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.
Your refund includes the standard shipping cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard rate. Where you return only part of an order and the rest still ships, the shipping cost stays with the part you kept.
Who pays the return postage
The cost of sending items back to us is yours, and it is not refundable — except when the fault is on our side. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. Email us first with a photo and your order number and we will arrange it.
Please use a trackable service. Until a return reaches us it is still your parcel, and we cannot refund something that never arrives.
Faulty or incorrect items
Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, you are entitled by law to goods that match their description and last a reasonable time. If a garment turns out to be defective, get in touch and we will repair, replace or refund it. This statutory right runs well beyond 14 days and is not affected by anything on this page.
Exchanges
We do not process direct swaps — stock moves too fast for us to hold an item while a return is in transit. Return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for the size or design you want; that way you are certain to get it.
